2. Admission Steps
Check ISO Admission Requirements
Minimum GPA, academic documents, valid passport, Persian language certificate, CV, and recommendation letters.
Select Program and Level
Review available departments and programs on the faculty website
Choose your level: Bachelor / Master / PhD.
Register in the ISO Portal
Create an account (usually using passport number)
Complete forms and follow instructions
Upload scanned documents
Required Documents:
Valid passport (at least one-year validity)
Academic transcripts with official approval
Completed application form, photo, CV, Statement of Purpose (SOP)
Two recommendation letters (for Master/PhD)
Persian language certificate (if required by program)
Pay Fees and Submit Application
Online through the portal; receive a tracking number
Application Review and Referral
ISO conducts administrative review and may refer your file to the faculty for academic evaluation or interview. Results will be announced via the portal.
Final Admission and Visa: ISO issues the official acceptance letter
Apply for student visa and residence permit
3. Persian Language Requirement
Non-Persian speakers must complete Persian language courses at the Center for Teaching Persian to Non-Persian Speakers (CTPL).
Registration: Send registration form + passport to
Course Start: First Saturday of every month

After passing the course and placement test, students can register for their main academic program.
4. Important Notes
