Faculty Missions as Mandated by the Dean on Behalf of the University President
- Laying the groundwork for the implementation of the university’s educational, research, technological, and support policies and programs.
- Planning to enhance the effectiveness of education and improve the quality and quantity of research and technology in accordance with university policies.
- Establishing order and discipline and facilitating appropriate interactions among students, faculty members, and staff within the faculty.
- Communicating all decisions, regulations, and directives issued by the University President to the heads of educational departments.
- Supervising the proper implementation of the directives issued by the University President.
- Coordinating educational, research, and support activities within the faculty.
- Monitoring the proper performance of educational, research, and cultural responsibilities of the faculty members.
- Planning the development of educational, research, and technological interactions at the national and international levels.
- Planning the expansion of free higher education courses, subsidiary programs, skill development, and entrepreneurship courses, and overseeing their proper implementation.
- Developing the faculty’s educational, research, and technological infrastructure and facilities.
- Proposing the annual faculty budget and striving to identify and secure financial resources for the faculty.
- Collaborating in drafting, reviewing, and evaluating the faculty’s strategic plan.
