Ph.D. Programs – International Applicants Guide
Ph.D. Programs at the Faculty of Educational Sciences and Psychology (FEP) are research-oriented and intended for highly qualified international applicants interested in advanced academic and scholarly work in education, psychology, curriculum studies, educational management, and information science.
All Ph.D. applications are handled solely by the International Students Office (ISO). Applicants must first verify program availability and academic requirements with ISO before submitting their application.
Required documents typically include a valid passport, officially certified academic transcripts, CV, Statement of Purpose, two academic recommendation letters, and proof of Persian language proficiency if applicable. Some Ph.D. programs may require an academic interview or entrance examination conducted by the faculty.
After administrative review by ISO, eligible applications are referred to the faculty for academic evaluation. Upon final approval, ISO issues the official admission letter, which is required for student visa and residence permit procedures.
Non-Persian-speaking Ph.D. applicants must complete Persian language training at CTPL before beginning their doctoral studies.
