Bachelor’s Programs – International Applicants Guide

Bachelor’s Programs at the Faculty of Educational Sciences and Psychology (FEP) are designed to provide a strong academic foundation in education, psychology, counseling, information science, and educational management. These programs are suitable for international students seeking undergraduate education at Ferdowsi University of Mashhad (FUM).

All international applicants must apply through the International Students Office (ISO) of FUM. Before starting the application, applicants are strongly advised to contact ISO to confirm program availability, language of instruction, tuition fees, and any specific admission conditions.

The application process includes registering in the ISO admission portal, selecting the Bachelor’s level and desired field of study, and uploading required documents such as a valid passport, academic transcripts, application form, and other supporting documents. Some programs may require proof of Persian language proficiency.

Non-Persian-speaking applicants must complete Persian language courses at the Center for Teaching Persian to Non-Persian Speakers (CTPL) before beginning their academic studies.
