The Faculty of Engineering at Ferdowsi University of Mashhad, established in 1975, has served as a vital hub for engineering education and innovation in eastern Iran. Over nearly five decades, the faculty has grown to encompass seven prominent departments: Mechanical and Aerospace Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Civil Engineering, Computer Engineering, Chemical, Petroleum, and Polymer Engineering, Metallurgical and Materials Engineering, and Industrial Engineering. These departments have collectively nurtured more than 20,000 graduates, many of whom have become influential leaders in academia, industry, and society. Currently, the faculty is home to over 170 distinguished faculty members and more than 5,000 exceptional students, united by a vision to position the faculty as a leader in the 4th-generation university model. With a mission to advance expertise, innovation, and technology, the faculty actively addresses the needs of society and industry through its dedicated human resources and an outward-focused, impact-driven approach, striving to bridge the gap between academia and real-world challenges.

سوالات مربوط به غیبت دانشجو

1-تعداد جلسات مجاز غیبت در هر درس چند جلسه است؟

در صورتی که دانشجو بیش از ٣/١۶ (سه شانزدهم) جلسات غیبت کند، اما در آن درس نمره مستمر داشته باشد، امکان درج نمره تا ٨ برای کارشناسی، تا ١٠ برای کارشناسی ارشد و تا ١٢ برای دکتری تخصصی میسر است‌؛ در غیر این صورت، نمره درس فوق صفر منظور خواهد شد.

2-اگر دانشجو در جلسه امتحان غیبت کند برای او چه مشکلی پیش می‌آید؟

اگر دانشجو در جلسه امتحان پایان نیمسال درس شرکت نکند ولی نمره مستمر داشته باشد، فقط از نمره پایان‌ترم محروم می‌شود. چنانچه غیبت دانشجو در جلسه امتحان پایان نیمسال تحصیلی به تشخیص کمیته منتخب شورای آموزشی دانشگاه موجه تشخیص داده شد، آن درس حذف می‌شود.
